Controller

We are looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Controller in the manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will oversee the financial operations of the company, including forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. The Controller will play a key role in setting financial policy and direction while also being an active participant in and driver of the organization’s overall strategy. Responsibilities Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate all audit activities. Manage cash flow and forecasting; develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs. Implement and oversee the accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and procedures. Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis. Create budgets, forecasts, and financial projections on a regular basis. Collaborate with the executive team to make decisions regarding company’s financial strategy and operations. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Continuously improve and streamline the financial systems and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles. Excellent leadership skills with a dedication to the team’s success. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High level of integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
