What will be your challenge: You will ensure our IAM framework aligns with financial regulations, security and resilience standards, and the evolving needs of a dynamic digital enterprise. Consult on IAM Strategy & Implementation by providing expert guidance in the development and execution of Riverty’s IAM framework, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and operational needs. Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to assess IAM requirements and support the integration of IAM solutions across platforms. Act as a subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001), and risk mitigation strategies. Advise on the selection, customization, and optimisation of IAM tools and technologies to enhance security posture and user experience. Stay informed on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure Riverty’s IAM practices remain cutting‑edge and compliant. Serve as the subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards, and best practices. A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
