Stanley Consultants is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide complete administrative support to the members in the Muscatine, IA office.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Perform clerical and administrative functions, which may be confidential in nature
• Manage documentation in Company SharePoint Site
• Prepare reports using standard report format
• Maintain project correspondence and data files
• Assist with meetings, including all arrangements, booking conference rooms, ordering meals, etc
• Perform other administrative duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-4 years office administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling, and telephone skills
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
