Unit Associate I, Full-Time Days, 7:30a-3:30p, Homecare, Atlantic Health

Assigns Scheduled visits to appropriate team members, communicates with patients/family members to confirm visit dates and time. Prepares and distributes monthly schedules, maintains accurate electronic schedule in EPIC. Work in collaboration with all agency team members. Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist with team members scheduling, including weekends
• Maintains calendars for team members schedules
• Manages communications for assigned clinical team members
• Manages various reports
• Orients new employees
• Assists with management of IDT and staff meetings
• Assists with scheduling and managing annual competencies and mandatory
