Production Manager

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a global medical device manufacturer to source and hire a Production Manager. This DIRECT HIRE leadership role will oversee die-cutting manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead die-cutting and converting operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Manage production teams, staffing, scheduling, and equipment utilization.
Oversee tooling, machine setups, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction, and productivity improvements.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve operational performance.
Promote employee development, accountability, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related fields.
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including die-cutting, converting, or similar operations.
Strong knowledge of die-cutting processes, tooling, converting equipment, and high-volume manufacturing.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, production planning, and performance metrics.
