Responsibilities Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries Generate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plans Benchmark each dealership's production goals with the cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of the dealership's F&I goals Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills Associate's degree or bachelor's degree, preferred MileOne Autogroup is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr MileOne Autogroup
