Senior TPM - Platform Scale & Strategy
Capital One
Capital One seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management to lead large-scale programs and platform initiatives across GPN technology. You will coordinate with engineering leaders to ensure scalability, resilience, and maintainability while shaping the TPM discipline within the team. You will drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting, aligning product strategy with engineering capabilities and cross‑LOB collaboration to deliver impact for customers and the business.
