Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the operating room.
• Assist with surgical procedures across various specialties such as orthopedics and general surgery.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Manage and label specimens according to facility guidelines.
• Document all nursing care activities in the EPIC system accurately.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an operating room setting required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.
• Ability to float to main OR and handle various surgical cases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
