What You'll Do: You’ll lead our culinary operations with creativity, passion, and precision. Requirements Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+ Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of back‑of‑house day-to-day restaurant operations Strong knowledge of back‑of‑house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house guest experience Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays ServSafe Certification Allergy Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Burtons Grill, LLC
