Job Responsibilities:
As the Executive Chef in Mansfield, MA, you will:
- Design and create seasonal menus that showcase fresh, artisanal ingredients
- Oversee high-volume kitchen operations with consistency and precision
- Drive profitability through cost analysis and strong knowledge of P&L
- Manage all equipment sanitation and maintenance protocols
- Communicate effectively to delegate tasks appropriately and diligently
- Uphold the strictest standards and procedures in all kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to build a high-performing team
Job Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Chef experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment

- A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ServSafe and Allergen Awareness Certifications required
