Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Elite Care Therapy Solutions, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality individual and family psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based techniques in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Conducting thorough assessments to develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Implementing brief solution-focused therapy approaches while incorporating harm reduction strategies as appropriate.

• Providing supportive interventions during crisis situations, bereavement, and facilitating proactive communication with clients and their families.

• Regularly collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients.

• Adhering to established safety and health standards to maintain an environment conducive to wellness for both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a myriad of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Additionally, this role allows you to focus on families requiring support through difficult experiences, thus promoting strong family dynamics and resilience.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in providing therapy services.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, families, and the healthcare team.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and a capacity to handle complex emotional and psychological scenarios with sensitivity.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in community mental health or outpatient therapy settings will be considered a strong asset. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is also preferable, enabling you to navigate client care efficiently and securely.
