Audit payroll data for compliance with collective bargaining agreements and prevailing wage laws. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate employee payroll records. Collaborate with operations, HR, and accounting teams to validate payroll and job costing information. Qualifications for the Union Payroll Specialist: Experience processing payroll in a union, construction, or similar labor-intensive environment.
