THE JOB : Join the team as a Front Desk Representative, where you’ll create a warm and memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort environment. In this role, you’ll deliver personalized service while assisting guests with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay. Working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you’ll anticipate needs, build meaningful connections, and create WOW moments guests will remember long after their experience with us! THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.00 / Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY : Welcome guests to the property by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving guest concerns in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and early or late arrivals and departures in a seamless and professional manner Enhance the guest experience by offering room upgrades when available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests Process payments, post charges and credits accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance all cash and cash equivalent transactions according to property procedures THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED One (1) year of prior relevant Guest Facing Customer Service experience preferred Six (6) months of prior relevant cash handling experience preferred Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Free meals in our Aria employee dining room Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
