Outside Sales Representative - Architectural Signage

Location: Sacramento, CA and Northern California
Schedule: Hybrid (Office and Field)
Compensation: $50,000-$75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for an Outside Sales Rep to help expand our Signs Division throughout Northern California. This is a true business development role for someone who enjoys hunting for new opportunities, managing a strong pipeline, and helping customers bring their brand to life through high-quality commercial signage solutions.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through closing
• Meet with business owners, executives, facility managers, contractors, and other key decision-makers
• Conduct site visits and present customized signage solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity using CRM software
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Proven history of generating $1 million or more in annual sales
• Signage industry experience is strongly preferred
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and business development skills
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing new business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
