The Opportunity

We are seeking an installation coordinator to join our team and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all installation scheduling and logistics activities to support successful project delivery. This role serves as the central point of communication between internal teams, field installers, project managers, and clients to ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project timelines and expectations. The installation coordinator proactively manages resources, site readiness, and schedule adjustments to maintain operational continuity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules, daily activities, and project execution while communicating real-time status updates, changes, and issues to stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust a working installation schedule based on production progress, project priorities, and operational capacity.
• Publish and distribute the official installation schedule each Thursday for the following week to provide visibility and alignment across departments.
• Assign installation personnel to projects and logistical requirements for field teams.
• Schedule, track, and maintain availability of installation tools, equipment, and other required resources to support efficient field operations.
• Ensure all site access requirements are completed and documented prior to installation activities, including badging, drug screenings, safety compliance, training requirements, and customer-specific access protocols.
• Communicate directly with clients and project managers to align installation schedules, manage expectations, address constraints, and provide project updates.
• Monitor project readiness and coordinate adjustments to installation plans as production schedules or site conditions change.
• Support successful project completion by identifying scheduling conflicts, mitigating risks, and facilitating cross-functional communication between departments.
