We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Landscape Coordinator/Administrator to join our small, dedicated team. This position is key to keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our customers.
POSTION OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for managing incoming customer communications, screening new leads and supporting billing activities. This individual will work closely with management to ensure efficient office operations and excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner.
Screen new leads, gather job details, and schedule appointments.
Assist with customer follow-ups and maintain organized communication logs.
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and accounts reconciliation.
Support management with additional administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Comfortable handling high call volume and customer inquiries.
Billing or administrative experience required.
QuickBooks experience a plus.
Positive attitude and work ethic.
