Assistant Project Manager

About the Role Project Support - Assist PMs across steel erection/fabrication projects. Drawing & Spec Review - Review blueprints, specs, and contract documents. Field Coordination - Work with field operations on equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Material Tracking - Manage deliveries and maintain accurate records. Productivity Tracking - Monitor daily field productivity and timesheets. Client & Vendor Interaction - Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and vendors. What You Bring Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred 1+ year commercial construction experience (internships considered) Structural steel experience preferred but not required Strong ability to read drawings & specs Ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organisation skills Why This Role Works Clear progression into full Project Management Exposure to steel erection, fabrication, scheduling, and client coordination Strong mentorship from experienced PMs Stable, growing contractor with long-term career pathways #J-18808-Ljbffr Novax Recruitment Group
