We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Healthcare and proven expertise in technical delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals within healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage healthcare IT projects from initiation to delivery Act as Technical Delivery Lead, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, product, and stakeholders Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant healthcare solutions Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA) Manage client communication, expectations, and stakeholder engagement Requirements 7+ years of experience in Program Management, with strong healthcare domain expertise Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar role Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and compliance Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Programmers.io
