If you’re ready to work hard and play hard, come join our team.Position OverviewWe are looking for passionate individuals who are self- motivated and love working with people for our Front Desk Coordinator position. The Front Desk Coordinator would be responsible for answering phones, checking members in for their reservations, and helping solve on the spot problems related to member services or our club offerings . You would get the opportunity to work closely with the members and help optimize their experience at The Picklr.Compensation:$15/hour + free unlimited monthly membership to The Picklr (after 90 days of employment or, 5 memberships sold, whichever comes first)Shifts:Monday-Thursday: 6am-12pmMonday-Thursday: 12pm-4pmMonday-Thursday: 5pm-11pmFriday-Sunday: 6am-12pmFriday-Sunday: 12pm-4pmFriday-Sunday: 5pm-11pmResponsibilitiesAnswer phone calls and messages that come into the clubGreet and check in members for their reservationsAssist with keeping the Club clean and orderly at all timesProvide members with the best experience possible through above and beyond customer service-Providing tours of the facility to educate prospective members on The Picklr’s offerings and converting these into membership salesUtilize multiple programming apps to assist Club Coordinator in all organization of clinics, open play offerings, Leagues, and Tournaments.Handle all retail, merchandise, and food/beverage sales for front desk and pro shop areasQualifications1-3 years experience in customer serviceOutgoing personalityPositive and welcoming attitudeE04JI802neor408ol07 #J-18808-Ljbffr
