This is a 13‑week contract role with weekly compensation up to $3000 based on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled RN with leadership experience in hospice and home health to guide a team, ensure clinical excellence, and make a meaningful impact in the community. Key Responsibilities: Organize and direct the agency’s ongoing clinical functions. Establish and communicate the agency’s vision and mission to the team. Train, develop, and assign clinical staff to provide top‑quality patient care. Provide guidance and oversight for clinical quality management. Support the medical director with nursing and clinical responsibilities. Perform Q&A, assist with medications, and ensure documentation accuracy. Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and continuing education. Conduct field work as needed and provide mentorship in the field. Serve on‑call as part of leadership coverage. Required Education & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unencumbered Idaho license. Current CPR Certification. Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospice and palliative medicine (Required). Minimum 2 years’ management or supervisory experience (Required). Hospice experience: 1–3 years required; home health experience preferred. Proven ability to lead, train, and develop clinical staff. Strong clinical skills for mentoring, training, and field support. Knowledge of business growth, financial management, and personnel development. Leadership qualities: ability to inspire, motivate, set expectations, and empower team members.
