Senior Property Accountant - Real Estate Portfolio Finance
Yugo
Yugo is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to oversee accounting processes across our student housing portfolio in the United States. You will partner with finance, operations, and procurement to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls, with a focus on process improvement.
This role requires at least 3+ years of GL experience, knowledge of Entrata and Vena is a plus, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff while supporting yearly budgeting and closes.
