As a Maintenance Technician II at Sol38 , you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional living experience for our residents through quality service, meaningful relationships, and pride in your craft. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll help ensure that Sol38 remains a place residents are proud to call home by: Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues Assisting with apartment turns and make-ready processes Performing preventive and seasonal maintenance Maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas Conducting safety inspections and identifying potential hazards Working closely with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure property goals are achieved Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or related experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification Pool certification Prior multifamily housing experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Who Thrives Here You enjoy solving problems and working with your hands You take pride in delivering quality work You stay calm under pressure and think critically You enjoy serving others and building relationships You value teamwork, integrity, and accountability About Sol38 by Liv Sol38 by Liv delivers a modern living experience focused on exceptional service, beautiful apartment homes, and community-centered experiences.
