We combine strategic insight, creative excellence, and operational rigor to deliver content-driven platforms that engage audiences and drive sustainable growth.POSITION OVERVIEWRed Seat Ventures seeking a strategic and revenue-driven VP, Programmatic to lead and scale our Programmatic and Network Sales revenue organization, with a primary focus on audio advertising and the strategic expansion into video as market opportunities evolve.This executive will advise our team of Direct Account Executives and oversee our DSP/Programmatic Partnerships team, building an integrated go-to-market strategy across direct and programmatic channels. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening agency and advertiser relationships, optimizing yield, and positioning our network as a market leader in performance-driven audio (and emerging video) campaigns.The ideal candidate combines deep programmatic expertise with strong direct sales leadership, understands the evolving audio ecosystem, and can motivate and guide a high-performing team aligned to aggressive revenue targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic LeadershipRefine and execute the overall Network revenue strategy across audio and emerging video offerings.Align Network sales strategy with broader company revenue goals and SVP, Sales priorities.Build a scalable go-to-market framework across:Network Direct SalesPMP/Programmatic GuaranteedOpen Marketplace OptimizationDSP partnerships and integrationRevenue Growth & Market DevelopmentOwn and deliver against Network revenue targets.Establish strong relationships with major DSPs, agency holding companies, and independent agencies.Partner with Marketing and Ad Ops to improve positioning, packaging, and yield strategy.Monitor market trends to proactively adjust strategy.Team Leadership & DevelopmentCreate clear roles, compensation alignment, and accountability structures.Build a performance culture focused on revenue growth, client retention, and innovation.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with:Product to shape network packaging and new offeringsAd Operations to improve execution and delivery efficiencyFinance on pricing, yield management, forecasting & reportingEnsure alignment between direct and programmatic strategies to avoid channel conflict and maximize total revenue.Operational ExcellenceEstablish clear KPIs across direct and programmatic revenue streams.Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.Implement scalable sales processes.Drive performance tracking across:PMP growthDSP revenue contributionDirect IO revenueYield and fill ratesQualifications15+ years of digital advertising sales experience, with deep expertise in programmatic.Proven leadership experience managing senior sales and/or partnerships teams.Strong understanding of:Programmatic audioDSP ecosystemsPMP and PG dealsAgency holding company structuresExperience selling network inventory across direct and programmatic channels.Familiarity with video and/or CTV monetization strategies is strongly preferred.Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.Strong executive presence and ability to interface with senior agency and advertiser stakeholders.Analytical mindset with comfort around yield optimization and pricing strategy.#Ll-KD3#RSV#Ll-HybridWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
