How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Determined daily staffing assignments and managed optimal scheduling levels while training, coaching, and evaluating personnel to ensure high performance and strict adherence to expectations.
• Participated actively in the hiring and termination process and applied progressive discipline guidelines fairly and appropriately when necessary.
• Supervised the accurate identification of managed care plans and network eligibility, ensuring absolute compliance with complex contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Calculated patient financial responsibilities, oversaw daily revenue collection, and managed critical workflows including balancing, coding, and charge entry procedures.
• Evaluated patient financial needs to qualify individuals for financial assistance programs and seamlessly routed complex accounts to specialized financial counselors.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

5 years or more of experience in precertification, billing, insurance management and leadership preferred
