Embedded Payments Product Manager - Payments - Vice President

As a Product Manager in the Embedded Payments team, you will be a core leader, shaping the future of product innovation, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Job Responsibilities Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers Work with Product Managers to drive client success, including new feature adoption, client growth, and issue resolution Own the process to track and drive client documentation, including setting up and publishing meeting notes and driving next steps Assist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with stakeholders Analyze the needs of various personas who use or interact with the service, documenting user journeys and use cases Liaise with Embedded Payments feature development teams to ensure they understand these requirements Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders across functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology) Maintain internal and client documentation Assist in production support for clients, including troubleshooting issues, defect management, and escalations Support sales and marketing efforts as a product consultant and subject‑matter expert on Embedded Payments Assist in implementation of client programs, including configurations and setups Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life‑cycle activities: discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Project‑management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Relevant product management experience Payments product management experience Familiarity with Agile development methodology Experience documenting requirements and use cases Experience collaborating with sales, technology, operations, service, risk, compliance, and legal teams and strong influencing skills Strategic thinker capable of motivating and driving tactical execution Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Creative problem‑solving skills, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions Strong presentation and communication skills Analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in written documentation Organizational and time‑management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint About Us JPMorgan Chase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses, and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional, and government clients under the J.P. Morgan and Chase brands.
