Senior Commercial Counsel for Enterprise SaaS & Partnerships

Pearson is seeking an experienced Lead Specialist, Legal Counsel to support the Enterprise Sales organisation in the United States. You will draft, negotiate and manage MSAs, Subscription and Licensing agreements, and advise on data privacy, IP, AI, and regulatory concerns while aligning with Pearson's commercial goals. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance and Security, you’ll develop scalable contract templates and playbooks, accelerate deal cycles and ensure risk is balanced #J-18808-Ljbffr Pearson
