Case Mix: General Oncology and Hematology (60% Oncology, 40% Hematology)

EMR System: Epic
Support Staff Available: RNs: 1, MAs: 1, Office Staff: 2
Reason for Coverage: New practice start-up

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, for urgent needs
Credentialing Timeline: 90 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active PA license or IMLC/LOQ
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology
DEA: Required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outpatient medical oncology and hematology care in a community-based clinic.
Conduct inpatient consults at the hospital as needed.
Participate in weeknight and weekend call rotation (1:2).
Collaborate with support staff (RN, MA, navigator) to manage patient care.
Maintain comprehensive medical records using EPIC EMR.
