• Hourly: $500/hour
• 24-Hour Call: $4,000 per 24 Hours
• Night Call: $960/shift
• Call Back: $555/hour

• Monday-Friday
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Full-Time Coverage Preferred
• 4 Days Per Week May Be Considered
• Weeknight and Weekend Call: Approximately 1:2 Rotation

• Patient Population: Adults Age 18+
• Approximately 10 Patients Per Day Initially
• Patient Volume Expected to Grow
• Case Mix: Approximately 40% Hematology / 60% Oncology

• Provide General Medical Oncology and Hematology Care
• Manage Community-Based Hematology and Oncology Patients
• Provide Outpatient Clinic Coverage
• Provide Inpatient Hematology/Oncology Consultations as Needed
• Participate in Weeknight and Weekend Call Coverage
• Collaborate With Clinical and Administrative Support Staff

• New Hematology and Medical Oncology Practice
• 1 Full-Time Employed Physician
• 2 Front Office Staff
• 1 Registered Nurse
• 1 Medical Assistant
• 1 Patient Navigator
• Additional Support Personnel

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Hematology/Oncology - Required
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License OR IMLC Letter of Qualification - Required at Time of Presentation
• DEA Registration - Required

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
