What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care for adult patients (18+)
• Support a new practice opening, including inpatient consults at the hospital as needed
• Participate in a 1:2 weekday/weeknight and weekend call schedule (60/40 split)
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including front office, RN, MA, and Navigator support staff
• Manage approximately 10 patients daily, with expected practice growth
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation
• Support hospital consults and inpatient visits when required

What You Need

• Board certification or eligibility in Oncology
• Valid PA license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA registration
• At least 2 years of Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in general oncology and hematology
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

About the Assignment
This position is based within a new medical oncology and hematology clinic inside a 131-bed hospital. The clinic is scheduled to open in September 2026, with full-time coverage needed shortly thereafter. The role involves outpatient care, hospital consults, and participation in a supportive, team-oriented environment committed to patient-centered services.
