An outstanding  locum tenens General Cardiology opportunity is available in  Lewisburg, Pennsylvania , offering a well-rounded mix of  clinic, procedural work, and inpatient coverage . This role is ideal for cardiologists seeking a  full-scope practice with strong support, consistent volume, and excellent compensation.

Position Overview:

• Location: Lewisburg, PA
• Start Date: May 18, 2026 (or June start available)
• Assignment Length: Ongoing; 6-month minimum preferred
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Coverage: Clinic + Procedures + Call
• Setting: Mix of outpatient clinic and hospital
• EMR: Epic

⚕️ Clinical Details:

• Patient Volume: 17–18 patients per day
• Patient Population: Adult
• Facility: 150-bed hospital
• Lab Time: ~3 days per week
• Procedures Include:
  • Nuclear reads
  • Stress testing
  • Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
  • Cardioversions
  • Echo monitoring
• Preferred Skills: CT reads (plus but not required)
• Support: APP support available

Call Schedule:

• Weeknight Call: 1–2 nights per week
• Weekend Call: 1:4 / 1:5 rotation
• Call Volume: Minimal callbacks; rounding required on weekends

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Nuclear and Echo board certification required
• Active  Pennsylvania license or  IMLC
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
