• Weeknight and Weekend Call Rotation: Approximately 1:2
• Clinic and Inpatient Consult Coverage

• Adult Patients Age 18+
• Approximately 10 Patients Per Day Initially
• Patient Volume Expected to Grow
• Case Mix: Approximately 60% Oncology / 40% Hematology

• Provide General Medical Oncology and Hematology Care
• Evaluate and Manage Adult Hematology / Oncology Patients
• Provide Community-Based Oncology and Hematology Services
• Provide Inpatient Consultations as Needed
• Participate in Weeknight and Weekend Call Coverage
• Collaborate With Clinical and Support Staff

• New Hematology / Medical Oncology Practice
• Clinic Located Within the Hospital
• 131-Bed Hospital
• Existing Full-Time Physician
• Registered Nurse
• Medical Assistant
• Patient Navigator
• Front Office and Additional Support Personnel
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Hematology / Oncology - Required
• Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC Letter of Qualification - Required at Time of Presentation
• Candidates Requiring Licensure May Be Considered
• DEA Registration - Required

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
