Regulatory Documentation Specialist - Contract

Position Type: 6 month contract
Pay: $25-$30 (based on experience)
Location: Brecksville, OH

Overview
We're seeking a contract professional to support our Performance Coatings Product Stewardship team by strengthening self-service tools that provide fast, reliable access to product regulatory information . In this role, you'll evaluate product compositions against applicable regulatory and legislative lists to produce standard regulatory documentation , including Product Regulatory Summaries and routine regulatory letters.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Partner with the Product Stewardship and Product Platform teams to improve and expand standard regulatory documentation offerings.
• Review and assess product portfolios/compositions against a variety of regulatory and legislative lists that drive standardized documentation.
• Use internal and external systems to perform required regulatory analyses and compile results into approved formats.
• Generate consistent, high-quality documentation such as Product Regulatory Summaries and other standard regulatory letters.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Word .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documentation standards and processes.
• Chemistry or Science background a plus
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently in a contract assignment.

Work Scope / Impact

• Support the development and maintenance of standard regulatory documentation across all promoted product offerings (e.g., Product Regulatory Summaries), enabling faster self-service access to regulatory information.
