Staffing Specialist

Responsibilities Recruit qualified candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates whose qualifications align with client requirements. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit. Coordinate background investigations, drug screenings, employment eligibility verification, and onboarding documentation. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews through the hiring process. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients to promote long-term partnerships. Source, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other business development activities. Research target companies and identify hiring managers and key decision-makers. Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by conducting regular outreach and follow-up activities. Schedule and participate in client meetings to assess workforce needs and present staffing solutions. Prepare proposals, service agreements, and pricing information in accordance with company guidelines. Collaborate with account managers and leadership to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell staffing services within existing client accounts. Meet established recruiting, sales, and business development goals, including activity metrics, placements, revenue growth, and client retention. Maintain accurate records of recruiting and sales activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Monitor employee performance and client satisfaction throughout assignments, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Prepare recruiting, sales, and pipeline reports as requested by management. Participate in networking events, industry associations, career fairs, and community outreach activities to promote the company's services. Perform other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr NRI, Inc.
