Sales Support Analyst

The Sales Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in our fast-paced environment, ensuring the seamlessexecution of our sales and retail energy service deliverables. As an integral member of the team, theSales Support Analyst is tasked with managing workflows, liaising with sales team and external brokers,coordinating with pricing and operations, and maintaining data integrity. What you’ll do: Manage workflows: Oversee time-sensitive processes to ensure accuracy and deadlines are consistently met. Respond to broker RFPs: Review and submit responses quickly and effectively to keep opportunities moving. Coordinate deal flow: Guide retail energy opportunities from initial request through contract execution. Support pricing: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely quotes to brokers and sales. Communicate effectively: Keep sales, pricing, and operations aligned through clear updates and progress tracking. Maintain data accuracy: Import and manage data with precision to protect client and deal integrity. Support brokers: Act as the main point of contact, handling requests quickly and ensuring strong broker relationships. Keep reports current: Maintain accurate internal reporting for clear visibility across teams. Provide cross-functional support: Step in where needed to assist with pricing, contract generation, and booking.
