Information Technology Support Technician

PROMAN Group USA is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team. This is a hands-on opportunity for an individual who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and working with modern Microsoft technologies in a collaborative business environment. As an IT Support Technician, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conference room technology, and Microsoft 365 applications. You'll work closely with employees across the organization, helping ensure they have the tools and technical support needed to be successful. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Assist with Microsoft 365 account administration, password resets, and licensing. Enroll and support company devices using Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions. Assist with Cisco Meraki networking equipment, including wireless access points, switches, and security appliances. Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and office equipment. Support conference room technology, Microsoft Teams Rooms, presentation systems, and audiovisual equipment. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and asset management. Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate. Qualifications 1-3 years of IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support experience. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices. Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN technologies. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. Experience with Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360, or other MDM platforms. Familiarity with Cisco Meraki technologies. Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, or MD-102. Experience supporting conference room or audiovisual technologies. Why Join PROMAN Group USA?
