The City of Long Beach, CA seeks an experienced emergency management professional to serve as Director of Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Communications. This role leads homeland security, grants administration, emergency communications, and community resilience, shaping readiness for major emergencies. The Director will represent the City in the regional Homeland Security network, partner with Police and Fire, and drive key initiatives such as CAD system replacement, 9-1-1 consolidation, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
