Senior HR Business PartnerThe Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) at UCI Health provides strategic advisement and consultation to assigned clients, leveraging and integrating knowledge of modern professional HR practice, the regulatory environment, and labor and employment law. The Sr. HRBP is the first point of contact for the client, working to identify and establish HR solutions with clients while appropriately utilizing the resources of subject matter experts within the department. Recognized functional expert who regularly leads human resources projects of critical importance to the organization. The Sr. HRBP utilizes comprehensive and in-depth human resources expertise to provide guidance and recommendations regarding strategic direction to the organization and its leaders. Works on human resources matters that are the most diverse and complex in scope where analysis of data and situations requires evaluation of many factors and implications with broad impact on the organization. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and functions as a lead with other human resources professionals. Is considered a subject matter expert in the organization.
