Strategic Client Outreach & Retention Consultant
TIAA Financial Services
TIAA seeks a Client Outreach Retention Consultant to engage clients who may transfer funds and explore advisory options. You will resolve questions, educate on investment choices, and facilitate transfers in collaboration with the NCC and advisory partners. The role begins as non-exempt hourly with overtime eligibility during training and shifts to exempt salaried status after training, based on duties and 40-hour weeks.
