Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, thereby ensuring individualized treatment delivery.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that accommodate their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, equipping them with necessary tools for recovery.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Coordinating with psychiatrists and additional medical specialists to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to inform treatment strategies and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse clientele that includes individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:
