General Summary of Duties:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Reports to: Chief Development Officer

FLSA Status: Exempt

Physical Demands: Sedentary work; travel up to 25% of the time

Essential Functions:

• Define and execute the marketing and communication strategy in alignment with our overall growth plan.
• Own the marketing plan end-to-end — from strategic direction through execution — to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings and support new site openings.
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
• Assist with local store marketing (LSM) efforts, including grand openings, community engagement, and location-specific promotions to drive traffic at the store level.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and measure ROI across campaigns and channels, using data to inform ongoing strategy.
• Track and report on performance across all marketing campaigns, using data to inform strategic decisions.
• Evaluate and develop marketing strategies, planning, and positioning for the company as it continues to scale.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels and campaigns.
• Oversee brand consistency and positioning across all customer touchpoints, including digital, print, and in-location signage.
• Develop and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO/SEM, email, and social media strategy.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies to keep LUV Car Wash competitive.
• Partner with Operations and Development teams on marketing support for new market entry and site selection initiatives.
• Travel to locations across our footprint (CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, NJ) as needed to support grand openings, site visits, and market-specific initiatives.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

Experience:

• 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a retail environment, Car wash industry preferred.
• 2+ years' professional experience in social media, brand management.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Experience in retail environments, new site promotions and grand opening events.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management & organizational abilities.
• Proficient with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
