Resident Services Specialist - Solaire

Resident Services Specialist Location: Las Vegas, NV Pay: $21.63 - $28.85 per hour. Position Summary Serves as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a high‑quality living experience through exceptional customer service, proactive communication, and efficient administrative support. Key Responsibilities Resident Relations: Act as first point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback; resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Leasing Support: Assist delivery of move‑in and move‑out processes, including conducting unit inspections and coordinating welcome orientations. Community Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and execute resident events and community programs to foster belonging and improve retention. Administrative Oversight: Manage resident files, process work orders, and maintain accurate records in the property‑management system. Communication: Distribute community‑wide notices and manage digital communication platforms such as newsletters and resident portals. Compliance: Ensure all resident interactions and documentation adhere to Fair Housing laws and company policies. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or high‑end customer service. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property‑management software (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage) preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to de‑escalate difficult situations professionally. Organization: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
