This role has evolved from a Business Analyst function to provide stronger ownership of project scope, requirements management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution. This role has evolved from a Business Analyst function to provide stronger ownership of project scope, requirements management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile project management experience and a working knowledge of Sitecore-based digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of website and portal projects. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum best practices. Work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define and manage requirements. Ensure clear scope definition, requirement understanding, and project governance. Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and project progress. Provide regular status updates and drive issue resolution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Scrum Master. Strong experience managing Agile software development projects. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with Miro, Jira, or similar project management tools. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Sitecore CMS and Sitecore-based website/portal implementations. PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/Project Management certification.
