About the Role:

First Choice Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced and driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team in Gallipolis, OH. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of HVAC service technicians

Manage residential and commercial HVAC service calls, maintenance agreements, and repair workflows

Mentor, train, and evaluate service technicians to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance

Serve as a point of escalation for complex HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and customer concerns

Monitor inventory, order parts and equipment, and manage vendor relationships

Track key performance metrics including call completion rates, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity

Ensure all work meets local codes, EPA regulations, and company standards

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role

EPA 608 Certification required

Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of service technicians

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proficiency with service management software and scheduling tools

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
