We are seeking a Sales Manager to work for us at our Port Charlotte Volkswagen store! Your main duties will include leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and foster a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and personalized experiences. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Requirements: Previous experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Deep understanding of luxury automotive brands and the ability to convey their value proposition effectively. Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
