Description

Gordon Feinblatt is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Harbor East. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a variety of HR functions while supporting our firm's commitment to creating an engaging and supportive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Produce and track HR data, metrics, and reporting to support organizational decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records & manage the HRIS.


• Assist with the management of full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.


• Ensure compliance with employment laws, firm policies, and legal industry requirements.


• Serve as an HR point of contact for personnel, providing guidance and addressing routine inquiries.

• Assist with policy development, audits, and HR projects.

• Perform additional HR responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the firm.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a supportive team player.

- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a law firm environment.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g., EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA).

- Experience with Paylocity, and MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field a plus

- HR certification a plus.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually (The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of candidate-specific factors, including skills, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, education, certifications, and market considerations.)
