Job Description
· Build and lead a Quality Department from the ground up, establishing the team structure and operational framework
· Solve complex manufacturing quality problems and implement effective corrective actions
· Develop and sustain robust quality processes to ensure consistent product excellence
· Strengthen quality systems and establish standardized processes across the organization
· Drive accountability for quality outcomes throughout all levels of the company
Key Requirements
· Strong electrical knowledge
· BS degree preferred
