XCAL Martial Arts ManagerPosition SummaryThe XCAL Martial Arts (XMA) Manager is a person who has a passion for changing lives through martial arts instruction. The XMA Manager is also the head instructor and oversees all instructional activities and classes held at XCAL. The Dojo Manager is also responsible for arranging, planning, and executing all activities in the Dojo.
