We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources functions and serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing employee advocacy, compliance, talent acquisition, and strategic HR initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Serve as a resource for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and professional growth
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of HR management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
