Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities Manage and track all architectural drawings, project documents, and samples for various trades; issue submittals and transmittals as required Actively participate in and write reports for weekly meetings with designers, architects, and clients Perform any administrative tasks for PM as required Communicate with all parties involved in projects including in house team, subcontractors, clients, architects, and designers Required An Undergraduate degree One-three plus years’ experience in high end residential construction or architecture Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized, you will lead the document management of your projects Ability to multi-task and to work under pressureRequired to be in office and onsite (this is not a remote position) Preferred Experience with Sage, Timberline Prior high-end sub-contractor relationships is a plus Architectural experience is a plus Benefits of the Position This is a full-time position with competitive Pay Medical, Dental, Vision Options 401k Options Joining a thriving company with opportunities to grow Transportation to any meetings Working alongside the best architects, designers, and engineers in the world Exposure to exciting projects Working alongside the best team in residential construction #J-18808-Ljbffr Interfuse Staffing
