Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting students and educators near Sahuarita, AZ, this spring. Two Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) professionals are needed—one to support an elementary school and the other to cover a K-8 setting. This role runs from March 1st through May 28th, offering the chance to make a positive impact in a school-based environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP in Arizona
• Previous experience working in school settings with elementary or K-8 students preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage caseloads effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in assigned caseload
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with state and federal requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
• Provide direct therapy and support inclusion within classroom settings
• Monitor and adjust intervention strategies as needed
